Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened service or may need to reschedule. If the appointment can no longer be completed, the applicable cancellation fee will apply.
A valid card is required to reserve all appointments. Any outstanding fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked. Booking fees and deposits are nonrefundable.
I understand that unexpected situations happen. Please communicate with me as soon as possible. Emergencies may be reviewed individually, but exceptions are not guaranteed.
